CEO, LPC, Psychotherapist
Welcome. I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in Dance and Movement Psychotherapy, holding a Master’s Degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University. With nearly two decades of rich and varied experience, I've navigated multiple settings, including inpatient and outpatient programs, telehealth, and diverse educational environments, serving families, couples, children, adults, and adolescents.
My therapeutic approach encompasses a spectrum of modalities, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy to the creative realms of Dance Movement Therapy. I custom-tailor interventions, drawing from evidence-based practices, fostering a secure and nurturing space for exploration, expression, and profound healing.
My commitment extends to supporting trauma survivors, those navigating grief, individuals seeking mindfulness and self-care practices, and community support. Embracing inclusivity, my practice warmly welcomes individuals from various backgrounds and experiences.
Driven by empathy, respect, and holistic care, my therapeutic philosophy centers on recognizing the innate healing abilities within each person. I strive to guide them on their unique path of self-discovery, emphasizing the significance of establishing a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
Beyond my professional realm, I actively engage in community service and board participation, endeavoring to cultivate inclusive spaces and advocate for mental health awareness across diverse communities
