We are proud to partner with Episcopal Community Services (ECS), a Philadelphia-based organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through essential social services and supportive programs. Our collaboration with ECS has enabled us to extend free group therapy sessions to the community, enhancing mental health and well-being for people of all ages and backgrounds.
Through ECS’s generous support, we offer a range of free group therapy sessions, including:
Teen Talk: A support group for teens navigating life’s challenges
Parents United: A group for parents to connect, share, and grow
King's Collective: A space dedicated to men's well-being and personal growth
Ladies United: A supportive community for women to find connection and resilience

Richard Allen Preparatory Charter School
At Romain Diaz LLC, we are honored to partner with Richard Allen Preparatory Charter School to support students' mental health and emotional well-being. Our collaboration aligns closely with RAPCS's mission to create a safe, healthy, and empowering learning environment for middle school students.
We lead weekly Group Therapy Support sessions tailored to address grief, loss, resilience, and healing twice per week, fostering an open and supportive space where students can process emotions and build resilience. Our team also provides Emergency Crisis Support when needed, ensuring that students have access to immediate mental health assistance during challenging times.
In addition, we participate in RAPCS school events to offer resources to parents and guardians, sharing mental health information and tools to help families support their children’s growth and well-being.
Through this partnership, we help RAPCS fulfill its mission to prepare students for higher learning and life while embodying the school’s guiding principles of care, empowerment, and a nurturing, holistic approach. Together, we are committed to fostering a positive school community where students are equipped to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Mastery Charter School
Romain Diaz LLC is honored to support Mastery Charter School across two locations, providing essential mental health resources that align with Mastery’s commitment to student achievement, equity, and well-being. Our team conducts weekly group therapy sessions, offering students a supportive space to share experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience.
In addition to student support, we lead specialized workshops and training sessions for Mastery staff, empowering them with effective tools and strategies to enhance student engagement and mental wellness. Our team also provides Emergency Crisis Support when needed, ensuring that students receive timely and compassionate assistance during critical moments.
This partnership is built on shared values of integrity, continuous improvement, and open communication. Together with Mastery Charter School, we’re creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
Sankofa Freedom academy
Our partnership with Sankofa Freedom Academy allows us to support students through group therapy sessions that align with the academy's mission of fostering a transformative, culturally rich learning environment. Through weekly sessions, our therapists provide students with a safe, supportive space to build resilience, explore their heritage, and develop emotional wellness.
Guided by Sankofa's values of servant leadership, cultural democracy, and community-building, our group therapy approach encourages students to grow in self-awareness and emotional strength. Together with Sankofa Freedom Academy, we’re working to create a nurturing environment where students can connect with their cultural roots, respect scholarship, and develop the skills needed for personal and societal transformation. This collaboration embraces the "each one / teach one" philosophy, aiming to empower students as they become responsible, compassionate leaders in their communities.
